Position

I’m an AI Operations Consultant and founder of Radion Consulting. I started on the work floor as an engineer, and more than a decade later I keep seeing the same thing: companies break where business, people, and systems fall out of alignment, and operations pay for it. AI is the first thing that can close that gap, and it has changed what work means.

Most founders meet AI at the tool level and wonder why nothing changes. So I founded Radion Consulting to do one thing: help founder-led businesses run AI-native operations, redesigning how decisions flow and how work gets done, so the founder leads rather than operates. The result is a business that runs on better intelligence, without the founder becoming a systems integrator.
